DAY 1: What

Day 1 is about security the foundation for Emotional Intelligence growth with the Enneagram.

We will focus on:

  • The Enneagram

  • The subconscious WHY of each Type

  • The journey of each Type’s emotional intelligence

  • Differences between core type, subtype, and dominant instincts

Because the Enneagram is a tool many people are not familiar with, we break down the information into easily understandable pieces.

We discuss the Enneagram in conjunction with our personal data first to better understand ourselves. Once the foundation is in place, we focus on incorporating this information into the workplace on Day 2.

“Transformative” is the most commonly used word to describe these two days together.

DAY 2: How

Only though application do we begin to see how the Enneagram and EQ transforms our workplace. We have chosen to focus on the main concerns that are currently effecting businesses:

  • Worker Retention

  • Quiet Quitting

  • Professional Development

  • Effective Feedback

  • Increased Collaboration

We will showcase how the foundation of these problems lies with understanding your employees and provide you tools for mitigating these concerns with your teams.

Day 2 includes a live 1:1 coaching meeting with a conference attendee facilitated by Whitney.

The value of this experience is not only influential to the volunteer, but also for guests who monitor their reactions to the information in order to draw a connection to how their responses fall within their Enneagram type.

Coaching is invaluable: learn that you are not alone in your feelings or struggles and gain a support system for your personal and professional growth.
